Technical Advantages
Das Hydraulikaggregat ist das Herz einer Anlage. Dieses Antriebssystem bildet zusammen mit dem Steuerblock bzw. der Steuereinheit
den Kopf und Rumpf einer Anlage. In ihm können alle Funktionen zusammengefasst werden.
 
Die Komplexität und der Aufbau eines Hydraulikaggregats werden vom jeweiligen Einsatzzweck bestimmt.
Man unterscheidet hier zwischen:

Elementary Criteria

  • Drive unit / motor pump unit or electro hydro unit: Motor and pump, usually in a horizontal arrangement.

  • Filter unit / filter unit or flushing unit: Motor, pump and filter.

  • Compact unit / small unit or micro unit: Motor, pump, tank and filter in a small design and for lower performance limits.

  • Hydraulic power pack to industry standard in V1 (vertical design): Common design in industrial applications. The motor is mounted vertically, and the pump is recessed in the tank.

  • Hydraulic unit in B3 (horizontal design): Alternative design in industrial applications. The motor is mounted horizontally, and the pump is easier to reach. This is preferably used for regulating pumps or applications with limited installation space.

  • Hydraulic unit with under-oil motor: Special design in industrial applications. The motor and pump are embedded in the tank. As both are located below the oil level, this is preferably selected for applications with a heavily contaminated environment or higher safety requirements.

  • Hydraulic system: Preferably refers to larger systems located in power stations, factories or larger machines where the hydraulics are deeply integrated with the other mechanical and electrical components.

Application of Control Blocks

In most of these applications, it is advantageous to use control blocks. In the case of compact units, these are directly integrated in or on the centre block/flange and in the case of electro–hydraulic units, they are located individually in a vehicle or machine
