Control Blocks
Technical Advantages
The control block is the brainof a system and compactly summarises all functions.

Numerous Advantages

  • Compact, space-saving design
  • Reduction of possible leakage points
  • More cost-effective than individual pipework
  • Easy to maintain thanks to screw-in valve technology
  • Use of standard or customised valve solutions
  • Energy and flow optimisation
  • Customised solution with customer protection
  • Visual enhancement of the system

Functional Integration

The entire hydraulics of a machine, vehicle or system can be combined in one control block. Customised Control Blocks for single units or series production can include the following functions:

  • Built-in ball valve for manual switch-off, changeover or activation
  • Sensors for pressure, temperature, flow and oil quality (‘condition monitoring’)
  • Return, suction or pressure filter as an add-on or built-in element
  • Manual or emergency pump element
  • Flow, shut-off, pressure, directional and special valves in screw-in valve technology or modular as panel-mounted elements
  • Strainers for pre-filtration or orifices for flow reduction
  • Modular design in disc or intermediate plate design to cover several variants with a modular concept

Optimisation through Integration

In the first stage, all components are individually piped, which increases the complexity and the risk of leakage.

The application and complexity of a control block or several control blocks depends on the number of valves, the variations in machine control of the machine control and the distribution or linking of the areas of the machine.
